PostHeaderIcon How can I pick up a rock out of a 4-inch drainpipe that is about 6 feet down?

The downspout for my eavestrough (or gutter) goes striaght down underground and gets connected to the main sewer line, but it is clogged with various debris.
Is there any tool equivalent to a 6 foot long pair of tweezers? Or maybe some long scissor-type grabbing device?
Any ideas?

shop vac, makes alot of sense!
