There are no real problems…just be careful to get the drain angle right

who is responsible for replacing guttering in flats?

I own top flat, a landlord owns two flats below, am I solely responsible for the guttering or should the landlord contribute too?
No I do not have a lease, the guttering needs replaced/repaired as rain water pouring down building wall.

its normal to share cost ..if there are 3 flats you should pay a third ..
