PostHeaderIcon I cleaned gutters yesterday Later back of hands itched swelling a few bumps Itch comes & goes?

I’ve used cortizone 10 and aveeno bath. periodic itching all over. I wore rubber gloves but could I still have been bitten?

It sounds to me as if you were allergic to whatever you cleaned out of the gutters, and was not bitten. It could have been many things, a few possibilities could be that you were allergic to direct contact with pollen, ragweed, mildew, or mold, cat urine, or you could have been allergic to a certain leaf in the gutter.

hope this helped. Continue using cortizone 10 and aveeno bath .. on top of that you might also want to use benadryl or if the cortizone does not help purchase benadryl cream and use that instead , it is a bit stronger and will get rid of the itching almost immediately, as well as the bumps

PostHeaderIcon Can park management threaten eviction of a Mobile Home Tenant for not cleaning gutters?

Park Management at the Mobile Home Park where I live threatened eviction today after they cursed children and a parent told them to stop cursing at them, which they then cursed this tenant. They also intimidate the residents into submission. They are given notice that gutters must be cleaned, leaves raked, toys picked up, residents not allowed to work on auto to change oil, change tire, fix brakes, or anything other reason they may come up with. Can they do this? Isn’t there laws to protect the residents of a Mobile Home Park? Who would you contact for help in this matter?

"Can park management threaten eviction of a Mobile Home Tenant for not cleaning gutters?" – If that is a condition of the lease, of course.

"Isn’t there laws to protect the residents of a Mobile Home Park?" – Yeap. And there are laws that protect the owners as well.

It is legal to prohibit work on cars, require yard work and gutter cleaning and to require that the property be kept clean.

PostHeaderIcon I am starting a small gutter cleaning business in Dupage County. Do I have to register at a state level?

I am only going to work in Dupage, so I don’t see why I would need to register at a state level but i am just wondering if anyone knows something I don’t.

You need an Illinois business license, a DBA Fictitious Name Registration, a Sellers purchase license, and a Federal Tax ID number. None of these are regulated by Dupage County. How do you know that you will only work in Dupage? If someone in Bolingbrook calls you, will you ask them whether they live in Dupage or Will County before you set an appointment? Someone in Lemont would have to tell you whether they live in Cook, Dupage or Will, etc.

PostHeaderIcon How do you clean gutters with caps on them?

I got the gutter covers so I wouldn’t have to clean them. Now one corner and above another downspout leaks completely.

Lift the caps, get a hose in.

PostHeaderIcon What price would you be willing to pay for gutter cleaning?

Please state whether you have a single or double story home?

Not much one side you can clean just standing there, the other side, you could get on the roof from that side and walk over the top and clean the gutter. Which points up the problem with your question, what kind of a house are you wanting to know the price of gutter cleaning? Some take ladders, some take long ladders, some have steep hills with uneven places to place the ladder, I am sorry if you get one answer I guess it is correct, mine is nothing, because it is so simple, but any answer would be correct. The equipment you need include devices to hold the ladder from damaging the gutter, and adjustable legs for the ladder for gutters on inclines, then usually gutters need to be mended. Well if there is more you want to know ask specifically for a situation.
