What is the best gutter guard for my home?
I have been looking around but cannot seem to find a credible and in-depth review of a gutter protection product. anyone can help? – I am tired of cleaning or paying someone to clean my homes gutters
I have done a good amount of research on this topic from when my husband slipped on the roof moss of our roof and fell to the ground. Most pages seem to not reflect any sort of investigation when they rate gutter guards, however i have found gutterprotectionreview.org to be very detailed in exposing the truth about most types of gutter systems.

What kind of caulk/adhesive should I use when connecting vinyl guttering?
Also what works best to keep the end caps and down spouts together. A Lowes employee told me to just stick it all together with silicone, but that didn’t sound right to me.
Hi Pants,
You need to go with a matching color silicone or a clear silicone. Silicone expands and contracts with the weather and is very pliable so it doesn’t crack which could lead to leaks. You can get this in a tube size to fit your caulking gun. Wear gloves when using.
Gutters aren’t guttering 1
My Gutters are not transporting the water that runs off the roof to the downspout, debris such as pine needles have blocked the gutter to the point where it overflows and has damaged my eves. The vendor who used to honor the lifetime guarantee has not responded to my recent calls with a visit to clean out the debris as he has in previous years.
